Stats NZ needs a modern and easy-to-use recruitment and talent acquisition (RATA) application. We invite the submission of proposals to provide an online solution that is fit for business purposes, has security certification and accreditation, and delivers value for money.
The new tool should be off-the-shelf and must support our recruitment goals to attract, source, screen, engage and recruit the best talent for Stats NZ. This includes supporting increased staffing levels in the lead up to each census, with a subsequent reduction to usual levels.
