Stats NZ and the New Zealand Government Property and Procurement Group (GPPG) are working together to identify accommodation options that meet the needs of government agencies in a modern working environment. The initial scope of this procurement is the lease for space to house the Stats NZ Wellington team from March 2021. Space for other agencies who share the same accommodation requirements as Stats NZ may be added to the scope if their commitment is confirmed during this tender process.
