Statistics New Zealand advises our intention to issue an RFT on GETS relating to the refurbishment and alteration to the existing fit out of Statistics House in Wellington. The intended release date of the RFT is Wed 20th April. It is intended that this will be an open, single stage market engagement, and the RFT will be open for 18 business days.

The contract will be for tenant fit out, and will include:
- reconfigured / new internal partitions
- new kitchen and ancillary joinery
- new finishes
- new feature lighting
- extension to existing shower area.

For the purpose of clarity, new soft fitout will NOT be included in this contract.

This notice is advisory only and no response is required from suppliers.
