Overview
Southland District Council is looking to procure the services of a Professional Services design company for the design relating to its new office development in Invercargill, Services shall be for mechanical, electrical and hydraulic design.
Southland District Council purchased an existing three level office building at 93 Kelvin Street the former Henderson House building and plan to redevelop this site for its own staff to occupy in late 2026. The development includes structural strengthening, fire upgrades, reroof and cladding along with a full new interior fit out.
