The project consists of design, demolition, construction, supply, installation and reinstatement works and siteworks which includes but are not limited to:
• development of the design documentation and building consent application
• supply, install and delivery of a new two pan turn key toilet block
• installation of new and modification of existing power, water, sewer and stormwater service connections
• design, supply and installation of a new septic tank system and disposal field
• removal of the existing septic tank and reinstatement works
• demolition and construction of building structures
• submission and management of building consent
