As a result of earthquake prone building issues, Southland District Council (SDC) will sub-lease approx 490 sqm of space at Level 1, 42 Don Street, Invercargill.

this building is currently tenanted and the space to be leased by SDC has a partial fit-out. It is SDC's intention to make some minor modifications to the current layout to ensure it it fit for purpose and complete the fit-out works which largely consists of finishing works including painting, new floor coverings, some minor mechanical works and cabling. A building consent is not required for these works.
