Southland District Council (SDC) has a 0800 number and online platform where our customers can contact us to create a “request for service” (RFS). We want to conduct a phone survey of our customers to measure if we provide a positive and consistent service.
We have an internal key performance indicator net promoter score measure that relates to this survey.
We have developed a draft questionnaire to use and are seeking an experienced research company to conduct the survey on our behalf. We would like this survey to be conducted on a weekly basis and we will provide the survey company with the data to do this. We would need a weekly list of those customers who require a call back.
