The Social Investment Agency (SIA) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide proactive managed services for our existing cloud-based production Azure environments to ensure they remain available, reliable, secure, and well-governed. SIA is seeking a supplier with demonstrated experience delivering production-grade managed services in regulated or public-sector environments, with mature operational practices across service delivery, incident and service-request management, and regular maintenance activities - including, but not limited to, contributing to security and assurance, cost governance, and performance reporting.

This is an initial 3 year contract opportunity with options to extend up to a maximum of 5 years.
