Overview
Social Investment Agency is inviting proposals for suitably qualified suppliers to provide proactive managed services for its existing cloud-based Oracle platform. SIA is seeking a supplier with demonstrated experience delivering managed services within public-sector, regulated, or security-conscious environments. Suppliers should demonstrate mature operational practices across service delivery, incident and service-request management, release coordination, security and assurance, governance, reporting, and continuous service improvement.
This is an initial 3 year contract opportunity with options to extend up to a maximum of 5 years.
