Overview

The SDHB has 60 corporate meeting and conference rooms. Currently many of the rooms have equipment that is no longer fit for purpose and the solutions are inconsistent across the DHB. Video conferencing (VC) and online meetings are now a key tool in the support of an efficient healthcare system.

This project will allow for a refresh of the VC equipment in all of the ‘in scope’ rooms with standardised equipment. The best equipment will be sourced and a staged roll out will be planned, with any priorities identified early in the project.

In addition to the initial roll out to high priority rooms, SDHB intends for the procurement to result in a preferred supplier agreement to allow for additional purchases in the future (3+2 years).
