The Southern District Health Board (SDHB) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers (Respondents) who can offer a team to design, manage, implement and assure the Digital Infrastructure and Digital Facility Systems for the New Dunedin Hospital (NDH) Project, appropriate to its scale, complexity and programme duration.
We intend to go to market in with a Request for Proposal. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service on Friday June 4th, closing 7th July.
As part of the RFP process we have booked an Industry Briefing Session on Thursday June 10th 11:15am – 1.30pm. The briefing will be held at Dunedin Hospital and attendance in person is preferred, however it will also be available on a virtual Teams platform for those who cannot attend or for lockdown reasons.
Respondents must email the company name and number of attendees (maximum of four per company) to Sara.Barham@southerndhb.govt.nz prior 5pm Tuesday 8 June. Further details of the event will be provided following registration.
