The Southern DHB require Retailers in the Dunedin Hospital foyer. Currently there are two retailers being the Wishbone Café and the Dispensary Café. This retail opportunity covers the space currently occupied by the Wishbone Café. The Southern DHB are looking for innovative retailers that can provide synergistic services appropriate for such a space. An example of this could be a Pharmacy, a Cafe, a combined Café and retail outlet a sole retail outlet or a combination of retail outlets. Please note that any proposal that incorporates the sale of food and drinks will need to comply with the Ministry of Health Food and Drinks Policy. The Southern DHB will also be assessing the suitability of the respondents to not only meet the requirements of the current Dunedin Hospital Foyer but to also assess their potential for the new Dunedin Hospital.
