The Southern District Health Board (DHB) is seeking Registrations of Interest to supply a Contract Management System that will eventually be used for all contracts throughout the DHB. This ROI is the first step in a two stage selection process; you must submit a response if you wish to be considered for the second stage Request for Proposal opportunity.
Southern DHB require an effective Contract Management System (CMS) that is flexible, secure and scalable. The system needs to be a comprehensive repository of a large and varied amount of contract information, be able to provide workflows for a multitude of internal endorsements & approvals, and be able to support Contract Management via automated alerts and reporting.
We are interested in understanding if a CMS can be used to support drafting and negotiation of contracts, for example through the use of templates and within system version control.
