Southern DHB is the Government-funded organisation responsible for the majority of health and hospital services in Otago and Southland. We have approximately 4,500 staff and require the services of a skilled and experienced relocation service provider to assist in the successful relocations of staff into our regions.
Because many of our staff relocate towards the end of the year (November – January), we need a relocation service provider who is able to handle high seasonal demand. As most of our staff relocate from outside our regions, we need a supplier who is able to deliver a national service; that is, able to manage relocations from all regions of New Zealand. As the majority of relocating staff have employment agreements that determine what items are included, we need a supplier who can understand and give guidance to staff on what is included and what is not. We need a provider who is able to consistently deliver a high quality service. We prefer a single point of contact and we value pro-active account management.
