Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite suitably qualified bidders to submit proposals for design and construction services for the replacement of the high voltage switchgear, transformer and associated low voltage switchboard (TX 41 16191 and HV5 16188) at Invercargill Hospital. The client, (Southern District Health Board (SDHB)) is looking for Design and Construct contractors to submit proposals for the replacement of this infrastructure that are fit for purpose and cost effective to provide a long term hassle free solution.

The main objective for the SDHB is to receive high quality proposals from Design and Construct contractors, evaluate the proposals based on a weighted attributes evaluation method and select a successful Contractor for professional Design and Construct services based on their responses to this RFP and award the contract to the successful bidder.
