Overview
Stratford District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Cleaning and Pest Control for Public Facilities. The contract term shall begin on 1 July 2026 and shall be for an initial period of three years, with the option for two additional two-year renewals, potentially extending the contract duration to a total of seven years.
The Contractor is required to deliver a cleaning and pest control service across all Council Facilities. This includes programming, inspection and reporting, cleaning services, pest control, supply of all consumables and equipment, refuse collection; vehicle cleaning; and ready response services.
