Overview
SCDHB requires Consultant Engineering services and Quantity Surveying services for the following Front of Hospital Projects:
A new building that accommodates the following Services:
• Emergency Department clinical floor space with new isolation facility and new ambulance bay
• Outpatients Department and associated services
• X-Ray and Procedure rooms between ED and outpatients
Redevelopment of the front of hospital services:
• X-Ray room between ED and outpatients
• Medical day stay (including chemotherapy) in refurbished existing cafeteria space
• New Cafeteria adjacent to front foyer
• Refurbishment of existing Emergency Department area
