Overview

RSHL is conducting this RFQ on behalf of Te Uru Kahika.

The Te Uru Kahika Digital Solutions Group (DSG) is made up of technology leaders from the 16
regional councils and unitary authorities. The DSG is responsible for setting the direction for regional
sector shared digital solutions.

The DSG requires enterprise architecture capability to enable the co-creation of future digital,
information, and technology outcomes for the sector. The objective of this engagement is to develop a
strategic enterprise architecture framework that aligns the sector's business and technology
capabilities with its long-term goals.
