RNZ has upgraded to a new tier within the existing Microsoft Cloud, Software and Services Agreement (MCSSA) to access M365 Copilot functionality.
Copilot is embedded directly into the M365 suite of programs and is grounded in organisational data accessed through OneDrive and SharePoint. Agent Mode and Copilot Studio Agents integrate natively across the stack. These tools are the anchor of RNZ’s corporate operating system, and Copilot Chat – the tier below Copilot – is already activated across those surfaces.
