We’ve reviewed your Registration of Interest and would like to invite you to RNZ’s closed Request for Procurement. This is an opportunity for you to partner with RNZ to enable us to provide our kaimahi with a modern finance system that will satisfy the needs of our business and make it easy for our kaimahi to understand and use.
This RFP relates to a new cloud-based Financial System to replace our current system (Greentree). The new Financial system should provide an efficient, modern solution to support the business.
We wish to choose a system with advanced reporting functionality including budgeting/forecasting/modelling, robust workflows, integrations to banking and payroll systems, an automated purchase order process and a modern expenses and travel module. We aim to have a single source of truth for financial information for RNZ.
As outlined in the Registration of Interest this involves gaining a clearer understanding about working together. For RNZ, the Request for Procurement is about understanding how your proposal meets the important aspects to us; how you can deliver a modern, flexible and supported system that is integral to a modern, efficient and growing organisation.
