The Racing Integrity Board (RIB) is embarking on an exciting digital transformation to build our vision of a world-class "Integrity Platform" that will establish us as a global leader in racing integrity. This journey begins with modernising our Prohibited Substance Testing (PST) system, which will serve as the foundation for a comprehensive suite of integrity applications. We're reaching out to the market to understand what solutions and partnerships are available to help us achieve this vision. This isn't just about replacing existing systems, it's about reimagining how racing integrity can be delivered through intelligent, data-driven technology that enhances both operational excellence and industry confidence.

Our Vision: The Integrity Platform
We're building more than just a testing system. Our vision is to create a unified Integrity Platform that will:
- Establish a single source of truth for all integrity-related data across New Zealand's thoroughbred, harness, and greyhound racing codes
- Enable proactive, data-driven decision making through intelligent analytics and trend analysis
- Streamline and automate processes that currently rely on manual, paper-based workflows
- Enhance collaboration with racing codes, laboratories, and industry partners through seamless data exchange
- Strengthen security and compliance while maintaining full data ownership and control

Our first priority is transforming Prohibited Substance Testing (PST), which will deliver immediate benefits while establishing the technical foundation for future applications including investigations, licensing, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance.
