This advance notice is to inform the supply market about an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for Ticketing Services.
Auckland Live as the country’s largest performing arts platform, and Auckland Stadiums as a world-class leader in live music, sports and entertainment, are combining to offer the largest event ticketing tender opportunity in New Zealand. These brands, operating under the control of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, are tendering for the provision of two event ticketing platforms.
• The first opportunity is for a reputable and industry-leading ticketing partner with a dominant market presence and of viable scale, to provide a comprehensive, integrated ticketing platform to deliver digital, data and in-venue ticketing services and solutions (“Primary Platform”).
• The second opportunity is for a reputable and industry-leading ticketing partner to provide a flexible self-service platform for general admission ticketing (“GA Platform”).
To receive the RFP via email in early March 2024 TAU requires interested parties/suppliers to accept, sign and forward the attached Confidentiality Agreement to Rena.Dsilva@aucklandunlimited.com latest by the 7th of March 2024.
