RFA is looking to procure event hosting services for all of its business units and venues for a contract term of 3 years.
Please note that venues or sites can, at any time during the length of the contract, be added at the discretion of RFA to the Event Security Contract.
We are looking for a provider to supply sufficient appropriately trained manpower and resources to undertake hosting activities in collaboration with RFA operations and security staff to contribute to a world class, unforgettable and enriching customer experience for all visitors to nominated events across our venue portfolio.
The chosen provider shall undertake all such activities in a competent, managed, professional manner with due regard to maintaining a positive patron experience at all times.
All activities are to be delivered in accordance with best industry standards as laid down in:
• UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (The Green Guide)
• The Purple Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Music and Other events
and similar international and national publications as well as in accordance with RFA event plans and venue incident management plans.
