RFA is looking to procure event security services for all of its business units and venues for a contract term of 3 years.
We are looking for a provider to supply sufficient appropriately trained and accredited manpower and resources to undertake activities in collaboration with RFA security and operations staff to ensure that all visitors, staff, contractors, performers, teams, officials and any other person legitimately present at any nominated RFA event and venue remain safe, secure and act in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of entry.
The chosen provider shall undertake all such activities in a competent, managed, professional manner with due regard to maintaining a positive patron experience at all times.
All activities are to be delivered in accordance with best industry standards as laid down in:
• ANZ CTC Protecting Crowded Places from Terrorism
• UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (The Green Guide)
• The Purple Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Music and Other events
• and similar international and national publications as well as in accordance with RFA event security plans and venue incident management plans.
