Auckland Stadiums is the business unit of Regional Facilities Auckland Limited (RFA) that runs all events at Mt Smart, Western Springs and QBE Stadiums.
A part of the work that the Stadiums team undertakes is the Traffic Management Plan for every event that requires one. The plan is put together by a traffic management company and signed off by Auckland Transport. Currently, for the majority of events held at any of the three stadiums, a traffic management plan (TMP) is required. Each plan for each event needs to be approved by Auckland Transport who in turn has to seek a resolution from Council if any roads are to be closed.
Auckland Stadiums is seeking a single supplier to provide this service across it's network of three stadiums in the Auckland region.
