Ruapehu District Council is seeking to procure an energy auditor to conduct a type two/detailed energy audit of three or more properties and associated assets. The number of properties for audit is subject to Respondent pricing and budget constraints. We wish to gain a more in-depth understanding of energy usage and existing energy systems at each property, and crucially, recommendations of ways to reduce energy consumption. Consumption has been selected as the metric of focus because reductions in consumption will lead to reductions in both costs and greenhouse gas emissions
