Ruapehu District Council (RDC), Uenuku Charitable Trust (UCT), and the Raetihi Community are working towards jointly creating a shared multi-purpose Community Hub (Hub) in Raetihi. The Hub aims to accommodate and provide for UCT, RDC and Raetihi community’s separate activities (as outlined in the attached design brief).
The Registration of Interest (ROI) and the following Request for Proposal seeks to contract a suitably qualified designer/architect for the design of the Community Hub. The chosen designer/s will work collaboratively with UCT, RDC and the Raetihi Community to finalise a synergetic facility design combining; library services, iwi services and encompassing Raetihi Communities aspirations as well as their educational, cultural, heritage and recreational needs.
