Overview
The Manawatu–Whanganui Regional Economic Action Plan (Action Plan) was announced by Minister Joyce in August 2016 and provides some of the ‘how’ and ‘when’ actions for private and public focus. A copy of this document can be downloaded at https://goo.gl/mnhwOI
This RFP is to deliver against the first two actions identified for ‘Tourism & Visitor Services’ within the Action Plan:
Extend the market assessment work already undertaken by Visit Ruapehu.
Prepare a “Destination, Marketing and Value Proposition” to better define the destination.
Further definition, scope and deliverables for this RFP are detailed below in Section 3.
