The Reserve Bank of New Zealand seeks to appoint a single provider with expertise in delivering effective management of most in-scope FM categories (including, but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, lifts, and general maintenance) to a high level of service.

The location for services to be delivered is: 2 The Terrace, Wellington Central, Wellington 6140.

The successful provider will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

a. Provision of a Maintenance Management System.

b. Provision of Facilities Management Helpdesk Services.

c. Asset Managment Services.

d. Building Compliance and Independant Qualified Person Services.
