The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) is preparing to fulfil its responsibilities under the Deposit Takers Bill on the basis that it will be enacted by Parliament substantially in its current form (DTB). A key responsibility under the DTB will be to implement the Depositor Compensation Scheme (DCS).
We are seeking information from potential service providers to understand how they could support a depositor pay-out under the DCS. This information will help to define our procurement requirements for the DCS Implementation Project.
We seek information and expressions of interest from service providers (providers) who could support a DCS pay-out.
