Overview
The Reserve Bank seeks a concise, well analysed piece of advice from a specialist policy consultancy, recommending an appropriate policy and procedures to govern the Reserve Bank's decisions as to who to grant settlement accounts. The advice must take into account the practice and procedure of other central banks, a forward looking approach to the local financial system and recommend something that can be implemented on a sustainable basis.
