WHAT WE NEED
Rangitīkei District Council (RDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to help us:
• Understand the risks associated with the ground conditions/contamination and have a reasonable estimate of the potential worst case scenario costs.
• Understand the practicalities of the budget based on current market pricing.
• Identify any other risks, constraints to the successful design and build.
• Identify any opportunities, ideas and/or innovations that could lead to meeting the outcomes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
WHY SHOULD YOU RESPOND?
This is an exciting multi-million-dollar project with some unique risks and a huge opportunity to innovate and collaborate. Successfully shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a closed competitive process.
Shortlisted respondents will either be contracted directly by RDC or will be recommended to a main contractor as preferred Suppliers to be utilised on the project.
