QEII collects, manages and reports on a range of information to achieve its strategic objectives. The current system that services this information collection and management is not fit for purpose. We're seeking to update our existing Covenant, Contact and Activity management system to a functional, modern system. The new system will be comprised of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, spatial applications designed in Esri's ArcGIS Online (AGOL) platform, and integration with some of QEIIs existing Microsoft business applications (namely, Dynamics 365 Business Central for Finance, and SharePoint for Document Management).
This project will involve:
- Discovery of QEIIs information and workflows
- Design of system components in line with our requirements
- Building of required applications
- User testing
- Migration of data from existing systems
- User Training
We're looking for proposals that will transition us from our current state to our desired future state.

Adaptable and GBS provided an extremely detailed and thorough RFP response. Each of our requirements was assessed and a solution designed for. A complete draft system diagram was provided, and each component explained, with relevant implications in terms of pricing and integrations. Assurance was also given on the quality of the team, past experience, and ability to deliver. In the live demonstration step, Adaptable and GBS provided a live working demonstration of the potential new system, which provided proof of concept for several of our core workflows. They'd clearly understood our workflows, the likely data we manage, and how we envisioned it being handled. We're excited to progress this contract with Adaptable and GBS.
