Public Trust Corporate Trustee Services, in its role as Supervisor for KiwiSaver schemes, is seeking a technology partner to modernize and improve the early withdrawal process for significant financial hardship and serious illness applications. We aim to streamline this process, enhance efficiency, and improve the experience for members and providers while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

The Buyer is seeking proposals from providers with the capability to lead a phased approach of Discovery & Design, and Build (potentially with iterative development of features) that will result in the implementation of an innovative and scalable solution. The solution aims to simplify the early withdrawal application submission and assessment process, enhance processing efficiency, standardizes for process and data consistency, ensure compliance and security, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Depending on the system built, we may be looking for solution/product support.

We are looking for providers who can demonstrate expertise in process automation, digital transformation, secure system integration, and user experience
