Overview

Parliamentary Service invites proposals from experienced audio-visual and technology integration providers to support a major meeting room modernisation programme across the Parliamentary Precinct. The programme covers approximately 61 meeting rooms across multiple sites and includes the delivery of modern hybrid meeting technology, upgrades to existing meeting spaces and support for upcoming accommodation projects.

The successful supplier(s) will be responsible for the supply, installation, configuration, and integration of meeting room technology. Deliverables must be implemented within a unique operational environment that includes heritage, security, and business continuity requirements. The objective of the programme is to establish standardised, secure, and reliable meeting room environments that support both in-person and hybrid collaboration while meeting the operational, security, and heritage requirements of the Parliamentary Precinct.

A supplier briefing and site visit will be held from 9.30am to 12.30pm on 21 October 2026. The briefing will provide suppliers with an overview of the project, procurement requirements, delivery environment and site-specific considerations. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Suppliers wishing to attend must register by 5.00pm on 18 September 2026 by emailing Procurement@parliament.govt.nz.
