Overview

Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals from experienced providers who can deliver high quality, confidential, safe, and inclusive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Professional Supervision services to support the wellbeing, safety, and resilience of our people.

The successful provider will work with Parliamentary Service’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to provide EAP services and Professional Supervision for:
• Members of Parliament and their immediate family and their staff,
• Parliamentary Service staff and their immediate family; and
• Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives staff and their immediate family.

We are looking for a provider who can provide 3-day a week on-site EAP services in Wellington, as well as EAP and Professional Supervision to our people based in Electorate Offices across Aotearoa.

We intend to release the Request for Proposal on Wednesday 4 March 2026. A provider briefing will be held via MS Teams on Monday 9 March 2026.
