Overview

Parliamentary Service is now seeking registrations from experienced and qualified suppliers who are interested in tendering for the head contract to undertake the seismic remediation works for the Parliamentary Library South.

This project aims to enhance the seismic performance of the building, with a goal of achieving a seismic rating of 67% NBS. Additionally, the project will include the relocation of critical infrastructure and reinstatement of the fit-out for the ground floor accommodation space of the Parliamentary Library South, which is currently decanted.

The target delivery date for this project is 2027. This registration marks the first step in a two-step process. Only those suppliers who are shortlisted will be invited to submit a detailed proposal in the subsequent phase.

We look forward to receiving your registration and collaborating on this essential project to ensure the safety and resilience of our parliamentary buildings.
