Overview
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced supplier who can provide live, closed captioning services for broadcasts of the proceedings of the New Zealand House of Representatives (the House). Broadcasts are available to viewers on Parliament Television (PTV), and on the Parliament and other websites (via both web-streaming and on demand). This RFP is focused on the supply of live captions for broadcast on PTV.
