As a precursor to construction of the buildings as part of the FAS project, a package of enabling works is to be undertaken. The Enabling Works scope includes diversion works, removal of redundant services, and realignment of existing services and networks within the wider parliamentary precinct. Additionally, new underground services are to be installed for future connections to the new buildings.
