In 2013, a condition assessment of the exterior of the Parliament Executive Wing (EW) was conducted which found the building to be in need of remedial works to ensure the building remains weathertight and
resistant to further moisture damage. Remedial works also identified the need to preserve the Category 1 Building.

This ROI relates to purchasing of Main Contractor services to complete the remedial works required for the replacement of the glazing drum on levels 1-3 and remedial works required to the radial beams on
Level 4 of the Executive Wing.

This project will be a flagship development, with high visibility to both Parliamentary Service and the successful tenderer.

This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP).
