Overview

Parliamentary Service (PS) currently outsources a number of technology services to third party service partners. PS is on a journey to reduce the amount of its resources on owning and managing platforms to focus on technology services that support and transforms the business. We require technology partner(s) who can assist in this transformation and help us deliver operational excellence.

PS intend on approaching the market in Q4 2021 to procure a number of technology services either via an open market tender process or a secondary selection process from the Managed Services and Consultancy and Professional Services catalogues on the Marketplace. If you would like to get in contact to register your interest in this Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO) please email our procurement@parliament.govt.nz inbox, subject line [Future Procurement Opportunity Registration – Technology Partner – Supplier Name].

To find out more about the Marketplace and how to register please go to www.marketplace.govt.nz. This website also has information about what you can expect from a secondary selection process.

This FPO has replaced the Annual Procurement Plan information previously available to suppliers on MBIE’s website. A FPO is an alert to suppliers of potential upcoming procurement activity. It does not represent a commitment by PS to procure, instead it provides an indication to the market about the potential future activity.
