Overview
The provision of 7 new lifts with a twenty plus life expectancy achieving significant reductions to repairs and maintenance costs. The provision of significantly more reliable and efficient service to all the occupants in a critically important building. Elimination of non-compliant access concerns to the sheave rooms at the top of the building. The enhancement of safety and efficiency features for users and lift maintenance contractors as a result of the equipment upgrade.
