Overview
Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers for Long-Term Asset Valuation Services.
The services include scheduled asset revaluations, annual investment property valuations, fair value and impairment assessments, valuation reports, supporting data schedules and audit assistance.
The Contract also includes additional property valuation services on an as-required basis, with potential insurance replacement valuations.
PNCC seeks a provider with proven local government or public sector experience, appropriately qualified personnel and the capacity to deliver accurate, audit-ready valuations within required timeframes.
