Overview
Under the Local Government Act, Palmerston North City Council is required to undertake a revaluation and depreciation of its assets on a regular basis.
As revaluation of our Resource Recovery Assets is required we are seeking these professional services. This revaluation must be completed by 29 May 2026 for submission to Audit NZ prior to 30 June 2026.
