Overview
Palmerston North City Council is seeking a main contractor for the construction of the new Pasifika Community Centre. This facility will be a multi-functional, culturally responsive community hub. The project requires delivery of a fully code-compliant, safe and durable facility that reflects Pasifika cultural identity while supporting a wide range of community, cultural, social, and recreational activities.
