Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) requires a computerised event ticketing system provider to service the needs of event organisers/ promoters for its Palmy Venues + Events division which manages Arena and Palmy Conference + Function Centre locations. The ability to service other PNCC owned or related venues in the future should also be considered for possible expansion.
