Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) is seeking a qualified provider to conduct a comprehensive waste assessment in compliance with the Waste Minimisation Act 2008. The assessment will support the 2026/27 Waste Management and Minimisation Plan (WMMP) by analyzing citywide waste trends and reviewing PNCC’s internal waste management performance.
