This plan relates to the purchase of Main Contractor services under an ECI agreement to prepare detailed construction methodology for lodgement as part of the building consent that will be submitted early-2024 and provide buildability, programming/staging, procurement and costing advice input into the design process. Undertake early investigation work, provide procurement advice and early procurement services and prepare pricing proposals for the construction works.

Colliers Project Leaders are seeking on behalf of Palmerston North Airport Limited Main Contractors who have the capability, capacity and experience to provide input into the design phase and understand how the work can be completed. They need to have a good track record in project delivery of projects of similar size and nature. The key objective of this procurement is to achieve value for money whilst still adhering to a strict programme. The terminal will need to remain operational during the construction works so staging, planning and health and safety will be a critical aspect of this project.
