This is the Advanced Notice for our "Civic Administration Building (CAB) Seismic Strengthening Project". This is the seismic strengthening works across few buildings: CAB Building, Link Block Building, Council Chamber Building, Retail Building and the Piazza. This project will be constructing under live business operating environment and greatly involved on structural parts, and with some architectural fitout and services relocation. The tender is scheduled to be released in October 2022. The construction timeframe will be around April 2023 ~ 2025.
