Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) requires a contractor to upgrade the intersection of Ferguson and Pitt Streets in Palmerston North. PNCC needs a contractor with experience in road construction in busy urban environments. The project includes the installation of traffic signals, road widening, concrete works, drainage, and reconstruction of the existing road. Contractors must also be experienced in managing multiple stakeholders.

This intersection is in a busy urban environment near the centre of Palmerston North. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders is important to PNCC. Contractors will need to demonstrate experience in all aspects of construction required or use experienced sub-contractors. Contractors will also need to be have experience in working around/near multiple underground services.
